Are you busy with no time to travel to therapy sessions? Or do you find travelling a struggle or impossible?

My Video call and Telephone sessions allow you to receive counselling in the comfort and security of your own home.

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

You may prefer to receive counselling in person with your therapist.

My face to face sessions take place in the Oakwood LS8 area of Leeds. Please contact me for details
