Bereavement Therapy and Grief Counselling

Grief and Loss
Grieving is a natural and normal response when someone we love has died. It can bring with it feelings of overwhelming sadness, anger, guilt, or anxiety. It is not unusual to suffer from feelings of emptiness, depression, loneliness, sadness and pain.
Grief can also affect us physically, such as feelings of exhaustion, aches and pains, insomnia or an increase or decrease in appetite.
We can also experience grief from the loss of a pet, a relationship, a job, or our health.
